Refund Policy

Session Bookings

All sessions are currently delivered virtually. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This helps ensure reliability and protects scheduled session time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. If proper notice is given, your payment will be applied to a future session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed sessions, or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits, as the time has been reserved specifically for you.

Packages & Group Sessions

Coaching packages and group sessions are non-refundable once purchased. If you cannot attend a scheduled group session, refunds are not provided. In some cases, a credit toward a future group session may be offered at the discretion of newman.
