This is a first conversation to understand what you’re looking for and see if newman is a good fit. The session is client-led, non-clinical, and pressure-free. We talk through where you’re at, what feels challenging right now, and what kind of support could help moving forward. There is no obligation to continue after this session. This is a starting point, not a commitment.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposit A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your session. This deposit is applied toward the session cost. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. With proper notice, your deposit may be applied to a future session. Late cancellations and missed sessions forfeit the deposit. Late Arrivals Sessions end at the scheduled time. Arrivals 15+ minutes late may be treated as a no-show. No-Shows No-shows forfeit the deposit. Repeated no-shows may limit future booking. Payment Any remaining balance is due as listed at the time of booking. Scope of Support NEWMAN provides non-clinical, voluntary coaching and reintegration support.
