Service Description
The Reset Session is designed for moments when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your routine, especially after a break between sessions. We will identify what is getting in the way, reset your focus, and build a practical plan with small steps that feel manageable right now.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposit A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your session. This deposit is applied toward the session cost. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. With proper notice, your deposit may be applied to a future session. Late cancellations and missed sessions forfeit the deposit. Late Arrivals Sessions end at the scheduled time. Arrivals 15+ minutes late may be treated as a no-show. No-Shows No-shows forfeit the deposit. Repeated no-shows may limit future booking. Payment Any remaining balance is due as listed at the time of booking.
